"If we wanted to have the better decision-making, we were going to have to make sure that our managers were empowering people, helping them learn how to make better decisions, which means the more people you have working for you the less time you can get into the minutia on absolutely everything. You have to get good people in and be able to trust them to move forward with the work that they are doing. You can’t get to the enhanced accountability without that."
