The little old lady with the auto repair shop, who was the plaintiff in the 11th Circuit Case, went bankrupt a couple of days ago and now there’s an issue of her standing as the Plaintiff and whether the 11th Circuit Case even has standing, because when you have trade associations as Plaintiffs, those of you who know about litigation creates a little problem if you lose a real person who’s going to really get hurt by the law. You’re going to see some of that in the news in the next couple of days and what does that mean; it’s a soap opera.”
